Method
Preheat oven to 350°. Take a 9x13 baking tray and spray it with cooking spray
Arrange the chopped tomatoes evenly at the bottom. Spread the cake mix on top of the tomatoes. Now arrange the sliced butter on the cake mix. Lastly sprinkle the mixture of sugar and nuts on the butter.
Bake the dump cake for around 50 minutes till the top turns light brown, and the cake seems to be bubbly. Allow the baking dish to cool.
Tip: Cinnamon can be replaced with cardamom to change the flavor.
This dump cake is a combination of bananas and coconut with the crunchiness brought about by the chopped almonds. A healthy combination for the whole family...
